Keep the appeal factual and respectful. False information, abuse, or repeated messages will make it harder for staff to review it fairly.

- Your in-game name and Discord username
- The date of the ban, if known
- The ban reason shown to you
- Your account of what happened
- Why you believe the ban should be reviewed
- Any relevant screenshots or video

Appeals are handled through the Hardline Discord server.

Open an appeal ticket
Follow the prompts and provide the requested details.

Wait for a response
Staff will review the case and reply in the same ticket.
