Using Hardline

By using Hardline, you agree to these terms and our community guidelines. You must meet the age and eligibility requirements of the games and platforms you use, keep your account secure and use only authorised accounts and payment methods.

Conduct and access

Cheating, exploiting, harassment, fraud and unlawful activity are prohibited. Staff may restrict or suspend access for breaches of these terms or community rules. Purchases do not provide immunity from moderation. You can request a review through our appeals process.

Purchases

Check the description, price, duration and requirements before purchasing. Store purchases are also subject to the seller and payment provider terms presented at checkout. Digital benefits grant only the access described in the listing; they do not give ownership of Hardline or its services.

No-refund policy

Purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind, accidental selection or deciding to stop playing, except where required by law.

A suspension or ban for a breach of our rules does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund. Your statutory rights still apply.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law. If a purchase is faulty, not supplied or materially different from its description, you may be entitled to a refund or another remedy.

For a purchase issue, contact the seller identified on your receipt or open a Discord support ticket with your order reference and a description of the issue. This does not limit your right to seek other available remedies.

Availability and changes

Maintenance, outages and gameplay updates may affect access. We do not promise uninterrupted service. Changes to paid benefits remain subject to the purchase terms and your consumer rights.

Content and third parties

Respect the rights of others when sharing content. Hardline branding and original content may not be reused without permission, except as permitted by law. Third-party services have their own terms. Hardline is not affiliated with Rockstar Games or FiveM/CFX.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms and will notify users of material changes through the website or community channels before they take effect. Changes do not remove existing purchase rights. For questions, contact staff through Discord.
